The Toy House, Inc. is a family owned and operated business proudly operated by Ronnie and Charles Hampton. Open since 1976, specialzing in the Maintenance and Repair of Toyota, Lexus, and Scion automobiles and light trucks. We'd like to share with you some comments we've received from our customers, shown below.

Jim F Tells us: Was just over to the ToyHouse for the first time this a.m. Charlie and his Dad were very professional and friendly. The repair on my truck was accomplished in a "first-class" and speedy manner. I do believe that I have found an honest shop that can handle any repair on my truck that may arise. I will certainly let all my friends know that they can take their Toyota vehicles to the ToyHouse and receive top-notch service/repairs without worry. It's not one of those greasy garages, that you frequently encounter, that make you feel uneasy about leaving your vehicle with them. The ToyHouse is a very clean and state-of-the-art facility. James' testemonial: My mom has been going to Ronny for alomost 30 years now. Both of us trust Ronny and Charlie and know they will do what is nescesary to fix our car. I can remember one time when I was 7, and my mom had to leave our 1988 Toyota Camry overnight at their shop. (My mom had that Camry for 19 years, and you would never tell it was nearly 2 decades old; not even how smoothley it ran, thanks to Ronny.) On that particular day, (and on many other occasions for that matter) Ronny lent us his enourmous 4 wheel drive truck for the day. I can recall sitting in the front seat of that truck, high above all the other cars thinking "Wow"! and "How cool is this"! I was so high up that I had to jump to get down to the ground from it. Those are the things I remember. The kind gestures, the friendly smiles, and that feeling of "okay, everything is going to be all right now", and Ronny and Charlie always going the extra mile to help in whatever way they can. McLane Robert W Eisenacher Ronnie and Charles, Back in the late seventies and early eighties my family and I  lived close (on 52d street just off of Busch boulevard) to your shop.  We were a two Toyota family in those days and my daughter's  hand-me-down, hatchback Corolla was beginning to show it's age. She  had very little money with which to keep it running, so the cost of  any repairs to her car became dads responsibility. I was always  grateful that you guys were so close, because invariably, you were  able to get her back on the road more quickly, and less expensively  than the more distant Toyota dealership would have. What a nice  surprise it was to see that you are still operating today with the  same degree of fairness and integrity as you did then. This is just a line to let you know how pleased I am with  every aspect of the repair work you and your staff did for me  yesterday. I'll be spreading the word of my experience to all  interested parties. Felicia writes work in the Sable Park area. I was out for lunch, and I noticed that one of my repair lights came on. I stopped by the Toy House. I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly staff. Who immediately took a look at my car, and replaced the brake bulb. I'm glad it was nothing serious. I attempted to pay and they would not take my money for the bulb and labor replacement. "How often does that happen in today's economy" He only stated "remember us the next time". And we certainly have, now my husband and I only have our vehicles serviced at the Toy House. As we know, we will receive honest and experienced service. We highly recommend that you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
